The bicycle rental was super convenient, and I loved having access to a golf course nearby. Our stay was fantastic; the suite was impeccably clean and had a wonderful water view!
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.

I had a pleasant stay. I appreciated the kitchen setup in the room, making it easy to prepare meals. The staff provided good service, offering coffee and tea every morning. Spacious suite was a delight, but the fridge didn’t keep our food cold.

We had an amazing time exploring Key West from this beautiful resort. It served as a perfect jumping-off point for enjoying the local vibes, especially the vibrant festivals. Our three-bedroom suite was cozy, and we loved the heated pool, providing a great retreat for our family.
In my kids’ opinion, it would be great if the hotel had more family-friendly activities available on-site to keep them entertained when not exploring. Just a little extra fun would have made our stay even better!

The hotel featured beautiful, spacious rooms with stunning ocean views and friendly staff, making it a pleasant stay. However, the pool had issues with over-chlorination, and cleaning could improve as I noticed some cleanliness lapses during my visit.

A Wonderful Family Getaway!
Our family enjoyed a fantastic three-night stay in a spacious and modern queen suite with a stunning sea view. The staff, especially Davian and Victoria, were welcoming and attentive. Dine at the nearby restaurant for delicious meals. Tip, renting a bike made our exploration easier!

The King Suite with Ocean View provided a spacious and spotless retreat with soundproof windows, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere despite the busy street outside. Housekeeping stood out for their exceptional service, highlighted by daily cookies that added a special touch. Unfortunately, the pool area was noisy due to traffic and children, detracting from the overall experience. While the location was convenient, parking could be a challenge, especially on weekends.

I had a fantastic time during my recent stay at the Laureate Hotel in Key West. The room was beautifully styled and felt more like a luxurious apartment than a hotel. It was very spacious and immaculately clean, with a lovely balcony that provided a partial ocean view. The decor throughout the suite was tasteful, featuring beautiful artwork and comfy furnishings. The staff shone brightly during my stay. they were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help. Cold towels and bottled water by the pool were a lovely touch, especially after a long day exploring. The pool area felt private and was a perfect spot for relaxation. One downside was the limited availability of ice machines. Just one ice machine for the entire hotel made it inconvenient. Although I didn’t try the breakfast, I heard mixed opinions about it. Also, I felt the shower pressure could have been better. it felt weak at times, which was disappointing after a hot beach day. Housekeeping did a commendable job keeping my space clean, but I noticed some areas could have used a deeper clean, as I found myself sweeping up a bit after the cleaners left. Regardless of these minor issues, my experience was overall very enjoyable, and I would return in the future.

The sushi at Toasted Coconut is an absolute must-try! Coupled with cold drinks by the gorgeous pool, relaxation is real. Plus, the staff had my back with complimentary cookies. What’s not to love? Just the right vibe for a laid-back vacation!
Checking in was a bit of a bummer with late arrivals, and the roach action kind of threw us off our game. However, they handled it promptly—still, I’d stay on the lookout next time!

missingWrote a review on Jun 15spacious suitegood locationpool size
The One-Bedroom King Suite with Partial Ocean View offers ample space and decent views for a relaxing retreat. Its proximity to local attractions and the lively atmosphere outside adds to the charm without being overly hectic.
The pool area disappointed with its small size, making it feel cramped during peak times, and the absence of a hot tub felt like a missed opportunity for relaxation. The misleading images of being right by the water were frustrating, as a busy road separated us from the bay. Additionally, multiple requests for caffeinated coffee cups went unaddressed, and given the high rate of $519 per night plus fees, the refrigerator malfunctioning was inconvenient. Overall, we had to find our own transportation to nearby resorts, which added to the hassle of the stay.
